Tony and the BCRC crew installed a new furnace and tankless hot water heater in my home. They were exactly what I was looking for - a small, locally owned business that offered attractive products and competitive pricing. From my first contact with Tony until the job was completed the team was prompt, professional (with a sense of humour, which I liked), and responsive. They completed the job in good time, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I’d have them back without any reservation to work on my home.

I and my husband, Simon T., want to thank BCRC for doing an excellent job at our house. Tony visited our place at least twice and gave us a very detailed quote for installation of a new boiler and new water tank, including removal of the existing defective boiler. He answered all our questions patiently and returned all our emails promptly to assist us in making a decision as to which make of a boiler we should purchase. He came with his team consisting of Adam and Arkan, all courteous, friendly and proved to be highly skilful and professional. Even a layman in the trade, we could tell the care and attention they paid to every detail of the procedures, and the high standards they applied. Tony, in particular, was amazing. He tackled every step with unfailing precision and chose to put in extra hours late in the evening to check every little detail to make sure a perfect job was done. We were very impressed by his expertise and professionalism. We were also very grateful because there was no mess left. Thanks to Tony who was exceptionally organized and tidy. Even the clean-up was flawless. Last but not the least, we want to thank Rosa in the office who was most helpful in her assistance with our application for a rebate through the FortisBC’s Home Renovation Rebate Program. We are very comfortable that we can go back to BCRC if we have any further questions or concerns. We appreciate and are extremely satisfied with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

There is a rapid turnaround from quote to installation, and the installers work conscientiously. They answer customers' questions with a sincere attitude. As a customer, we are very satisfied with all services.

Tony is amazing and they provide a good after service when we had issue with thermostat. He replaced a part and all worked perfectly. He is very quick and responsive. Would recommend him to my friends.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We called about repairing our split ac. Booked appointment a week ahead. Was scheduled for 12pm. Got email confirmation and later text confirmation. Half hour passed no one showed up. We called 3 times finally someone picked up. And turns out we were never scheduled??? And we were told they dont even repair split ac?? Why didn’t you guys tell us at the first place or call us to cancel??? Ridiculous who does business like that

Everything from the estimate through installation was done in a professional manner. Everyone we comunicated with were responsive to every question we had. During installation they made sure to explain what was being done and afterwards cleaned up the workspace nice and clean. Would use them again in the future.
